Karen is the founder of Nurture Body & Soul. She is a mother of three, grandmother of six and passionate about guiding her clients through lifestyle wellness with health modalities using the 9 Principles of Health and Holistic massage.

Karen came up with her business name through inspiration from her own children’s names using their initials. Nathan, Bianca and Samuel.

Karen’s vision is to create a Wellness Hub that brings together other like minded practitioners enabling them to provide their individual talents.

Chelsie Elliot, Jessica Peters and Stephen Gilbert have teamed up with Karen and providing their services at the Wellness Hub in Bunyip.
